After scraping through the prelim’s
To the UEFA Cup, Everton are now pitted in a fairly difficult group made up of;
- Az Alkmaar (Holland)
- FC Zenit (Russia, St.Petersburg)
- FC Nurnberg (Germany)
- Larissa FC (Greece)
I’m hopeful of beating at least 2 opponents in this group which should be enough to push us through to the knockout stage. Larissa are the team that beat Blackburn, the minnows from Greece played really well, so hopefully Moyse will have his football head on and not his shopping cart packing head on.
